NURTURE's production partner - ABENA A/S Denmark

 In 2019, EarthBaby and BioBag set forth on our mission to develop a premium diaper containing the highest level of bio-based and compostable content AND meeting the highest standard for comfort and fit. We wanted a production partner who shared our environmental vision and was capable of sourcing the certified materials required for the creation of NURTURE diapers. As we narrowed our list of potential production partners, a member of our BioBag European team suggested we meet with ABENA in Denmark, as this company’s environmental profile would be a perfect fit for the task ahead. We went. We were blown away with their state-of-the-art facility, a plant run on 100% clean and renewable wind energy, and their management’s enthusiasm for the concept of creating the NURTURE brand.
